1. Order Cancellation
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Post-Dispatch Cancellations:
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery under our return policy.
ESHAAPPLIANCES.COM-Initiated Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:
Product unavailability or stock issues
Pricing or technical errors
Payment verification failure
You will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Timeline:
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation approval or return pickup, depending on the case.
Mode of Refund:
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, card, UPI, etc.). EMI refunds are subject to your bank’s processing time.
Conditions for Refund:
Product must be returned in unused condition
Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
Damaged or used products are not eligible for a full refund
3. Return Window
